Add environmental variable to not use imvirt #47

Added environmental variable NO_IMVIRT to avoid using it as older ubuntu versions do not have it.

The package is already available in multiverse. I was so used to using this project it hadn't occurred to me that there were "better times" when it was prepackaged.
