Fix drawer problem on @flexn/template
Fix incorrect layouts are being measured when parent scrollview is scrolled and childrens are not n
Fix racing condition issue when recycler layouts changed and childrens are not re-measured
Optimise list items measuring cycles
Fix vertical jumping in grid
Fix vertical scrollview
Adds autoscaling which allows to resize recyclable view having scale animation

tvOS/AndroidTV: Drawer doesn't close from "Home" and "Carousels" when in home screen, previously it did AndroidTV: Border on image does not extend to image

Tested on tvOS and androidTV simulators - works as expected
