Unify functionality with native tv's and add same hook for web tvs(tizen, webos)

Test case can be found in app-harness it's called "Remote Handler". Test applies for these platforms: androidtv, tvos, tizen, webos

Couldn't test on atv fast forward, playpause, rewind as no TV's in the offise have these buttons, beside this everything works
