Fix ScrollView jumping on latest RN using flexn/create #112

We used to have workaround for that https://github.com/flexn-io/create/blob/main/packages/create/src/components/App/index.native.tv.tsx#L34 which is not working anymore in at least rn-tvos >=0.71.

Root cause needs to be found and fixed.

Affected platforms: Fire TV, Android TV
