provide a guide rnv upgrade from 0.37 to 1.0
collect all the common issues and document them
document prereq changes

Process:

[x] create a separate project based on latest production (0.37.4)
[x] make sure it works, so we have a mock project to work on
[x] update ReNative to latest version (1.0.0-rc.19)
[x] Make sure new project works on Web @RicardasN
[x] Make sure new project works on iOS and tvOS @RicardasN
[x] Make sure new project works on Android and AndroidTV @justinasRm
[x] Make sure new project works on Webos @justinasRm
[ ] Make sure new project works on Tizen
[x] Make sure new project works on MacOS and Windows @RicardasN
