Android wear hot reloading #25

Ok this is tricky one. Android Wear does not support Webview which current RN uses to provide connection to bundler. some chnages in RN will be required

There might exist a better solution, but would something similar like the cordova-crosswalk plugin be a considerable approach?

@kasinskas maybe we can look into the plugin mentioned above somewhere in the future?
