files manager is public #5

The file manager is available for all users (admins, developers and editors). If admin don't set special rights on files or folders editor can delete them. Editor can remove files that are used for some pages created by admin or developer or even remove files of themes.

There is some sort of permission manager for editors/developers. It does not tested well, so no any warranties available... http://rcreate.ru/public/file_manager.zip
