Proposal: A bi-directionnal link could reduce the volume of data exchanged, as the EMS is currently doing a polling to obtain information from the aggregator. In that case the WebSocket protocol would seem appropriate, as it doesn't require a server on the EMS side. By: Anaïs Walle, Trialog

Any transport protocol can be used with FlexOffer The xEMS protocol is developed as part of specific implementations. Best practices could be collected to help implementations.
