Proposal: Add different messages to distinguish use-cases: for instance: FlexOfferCancellation, FlexOffer, AdaptationDemand, AdaptationDemandCancellation or even make a dintinction between update/create By: Anaïs Walle, Trialog

Based on the implementation of an xEMS protocol

The xEMS protocol is developed as part of specific implementations. Best practices could be collected to help implementations.
