Question: do some of the time constraints refer to time of receiving the flex request from VPS or to time of beginning of activation schedule? By: Jure Ratej, Etrel

Depends on the time constraint Jure will check which one were not clear Needs to specify this for each time constraint Dune Sebilleau will extract the time constraints and share them with Torben and Fabio to check which is which

Could be fixed in the new specification? To be confirmed by Jure or analysed based on its list
