update dependencies #40

Main motivation being that transit-cljs latest version excludes uri? to avoid conflict with cljs.core https://github.com/cognitect/transit-cljs/issues/39

This is the origin of when upgrading cljs in project using re-frisk:

WARNING: uri? already refers to: cljs.core/uri? being replaced by: cognitect.transit/uri? at line 332 target/android/cognitect/transit.cljs
