Malo and Quentin wanted to grammatically get the longitudinal data from datasets. For now an examination comment may contain text such as "Encéphale M60" which means that is an cephalic exam 60 months after the first cephalic exam for this patient.

We should discuss the possibility of adding new metadata fields in Shanoir in order to properly record this data.

Also, it could be interesting to fit to BIDS specifications. We don't know how different organs (brain, spinal cord or could be extended to more) are organized in BIDS hierarchy. But with Empenn, we will have a meeting the 21st of November with Rémi Gau who works on BIDS and could ask him. I'll keep you update.
