Neurinfo - Longidep study : error retrieving nifti files --> Blocking bug #1584

Hello, While trying to donwload nifti files (namely series EPI TR LONG and PCASL), Shanoir returns an error "error while retrieving files" - see screen capture attached.

So we cannot download these data in nifti. The problem starts at subject 62 (until subject 61 it is fine a priori).

Thank you for fixing this and also I would be interested in the "history" of the bug (converter stuff, bad copy, ....)

Dear Isabelle, this is a very common bug, unfortunately, I would guess. Very probably the study card used during the import, has not been configured with a correct nifti converter, that was able to convert the missing series. The today's available option is: go to dataset details and use convert NIfTI with the good converter, or use shanoir-downloader with the missing IDs and get the DICOMs and convert on your machine. So, that is the history of the bug, that the wrong converter might have been configured in the past. A mass re-conversion of NIfTI files might be a new feature to add, but it is not for tomorrow.
