Use a community standard to represent Shanoir: "open"/sharable datasets

As a follow up to https://github.com/fli-iam/shanoir-ng/issues/1363, the idea would be to use a community standard (or standard under development) to represent the open datasets available.

Ideas of schemas we could focus on:
