Mass processing with VIP: aggregate processing results #2180

Hi @youennmerel, I hope you are doing fine. For me, before you leave, there is still one open task with mass processing. Today we get the processing result as a processed dataset, with all its "content". Within the context of PRIMUS, the pipelines will run either on one DICOM study (== exam in Shanoir) cross-sectional OR run on two DICOM studies (2 exams in Shanoir) to produce a lesion load, cross or longitudinal. This result is per one or two exam. We require to extract these metrics for the entire studies involved, into one CSV file (patient common name, exam date, lesion load and metrics) to share with the other workpackage. I just discussed this with Benjamin, as a request for the GIN. This may just be a specific development for pipeline results/treatment, we need to discuss about it. I don't want to make a non specific dev that will be complicated and actually never be used by anyone excepted by the one person that asked us for this.
