Add empty list #42

Overview

Allow users to create a new list with a specified name.

Changes Made

Added a new modal view to contain the create list pop up
Linked up new list modal to the list view controller
Added list display for empty lists
Started to take some static data out of the list view controller but that view controller still needs work to be done for displaying empty states
