Fixed a few bugs and commented out unused functionalities

Gonna put searching in another PR

Changes Made

Fixed bug with tags not expanding/collapsing correctly (this took me too long to figure out 😭)
Fixed empty list not showing list summary info
Commented out sorting in list
Commented out selecting a tag
Changed modal done and cancel buttons to reflect new design
