Add a case for raspberry pi #26

For better durability, when we're testing this on the robot more, we may want a raspberry pi case to keep it safer.

If we choose to do so, since we're potentially going to do a lot of video transcoding we should make sure we're not reaching a thermal limit and getting throttled. Let's do a little research into fans.
