fmri preprocessing #1

Thank you for putting this together. Do you have the preprocessing script you used for the resting fMRI data downloaded from OASIS-3? I have the scan data in BIDS and NIFTI.

Preprocessing can be run via scripts/run_cpr.py (--stages preprocesssing), which runs fmriprep. There is also a docker container, however it might be worth building a new one using a current fmriprep version
