It isn't working #5

I did everything the instruction told me to do when come to getting the advance vfr-map I extracted and put it in the community folder and the old vfr is still showing up is there anything additionally that you can recommend me do thank you

The addon does not remove or replace the original VFR map it add a button on the top bar (at left). Click on it. If you don' t see the button it make sure that you only copy the adv-vfr-map folder and not the whole folder resulting of the unziping of the downloaded file.

Do I copy it in the community folder and I am downloading the whole file do I pick files out of the unzip folder first and move them there I thought i was suppose to download and the extract the whole folder to community folder that isn't right?

Yeah its not there all I did was download the file the whole folder and drop and drag didn't extract and put into the community folder. Maybe I am putting it into the wrong folder?

I believe I understand now i was doing it in a community folder not the MSFS community folder mine was changed I have to go into the game turn on developer mode and find my exact folder and then just drop in that folder.

Thank you so much toorop I finally figured it out just wrong folder I just have one last question in the future if I want to install any addons your or anyone's else is it the same exact process most of the time or all the time? i know if i go from the market place its simple, but any free where not on their I just want to confirm its just needs to be unzipped and put in that folder correct?

Yep it's the same process.
