The current measured-image-bootimage at least has the following problems:
IMAGE_INSTALL has no effect to the resulting image since core-image-tpm is the rootfs
the dependency to core-image-tpm in measured-image.bbclass does not guarantee rootfs.img gets copied to the ISO image. I've seen many times when measured-image-bootimg .iso comes with no rootfs at all.
