Technitium DNS API Bug #1

The GET records API endpoint has a bug where it only returns records for the whole zone and not a specific domain name.

This ends up causing IPs to end up in the health check that shouldn't be there. This causes excess resources and logging to occur.

The maintainer of the Technitium DNS project has confirmed it is in fact a bug, and will be fixed in their next release. See https://github.com/TechnitiumSoftware/DnsServer/issues/543

This bug was fixed by the app creator - I will be testing it soon.
