"Scrambled" names in plotter tab. #146

When there are a significant number of points in the plotter tab even truncated names become illegible. No obvious solution springs to mind. screen_shot_2015-06-29_at_14 32 38

I have realised that the user can address this by making the plotter tab window larger so perhaps we can file under "feature that could be improved" rather than a bug.
