An attempt to give Berlin some way of working with their new system. Needs further testing.

@seanwarren This looks like the best we can do until LaVision sort out their software. It seems to successfully read all the ome-tiffs that Berlin generate (autosave mode as I understand it ). It should also read any ome-tiff time-series produced not in autosave. Are you ok to merge before the release? I'm 90+% confident it shouldn't affect other file types.
