Multidimensional loading & display #226

Fix #208 and lay groundwork for #211 by allowing loading of multiple planes (where a plane is a FLIM 3D cube) across multiple files. Metadata is now set accordingly.

Replaces Multi d2 #218

@seanwarren I think I've successfully caught this (it's basically PR #218 again) up to master now - so merging should be easy. NB I had to close the old PR and create a new branch. I've also tweaked it a bit to use the existing metadata structure so you can overlay the z-plane/Time-point in Gallery now. Let me know what you think re:merging for 4.11.2

thanks. If this gives any problems with FLIMReader just let me know.I don't have data to test that.

Will do; I'm processing some data with this merged at the moment, no issues so far
