Remove the embedded SLF4J binding from Bio-Formats #300

This work is untested, and may need some TLC. In particular:

I did not do anything to Configure.bat; not sure if that is needed.
The revert commit undid a potentially unrelated(?), desirable(?) change in Configure.bat which did:
```
+IF NOT DEFINED OME SET OME=5.2
+IF NOT DEFINED BIO SET BIO=5.4
```

Has suppressed the sl4j warning , as hoped, but I;m now getting the extremely cryptic: 2017-03-31 16:01:34.608 FLIMfit[15767:92533] Failed to connect (typePopUp) outlet from (NSViewController) to (NSPopUpButton): missing setter or instance variable
