5.0.3 Fails to load stack-of-tifs #328

As reported by R.Lains "Loading a single tiff stack is fine but loading a set of datasets, I get the error "Failed to find subdirectories" "

On testing (thanks for this) R.Laine reports:- " just tried and it seems to load the TIFF files ok both as single FLIMage and as dataset. But it is significantly slower (painfully slower) than before and the terminal window gives an error on starting the software (see attached)." I don't see how this can be the changes associated with this Issue- but nay come from the LaVision work in the same branch. Needs further investigation.

I checked the mac-merge build and can't see any similar problem. Seems to be a Windows only issue.

I'm still unable to do much Windows debugging but I did manage to confirm that the error above appears in 5.0.3.so was almost certainly not introduced by this PR. The error message looks very like those in Issue #299 so the fix there seems to have worked only for Mac.

Looking at the win-Merge build workspace I see a copy of bioformats_package.jar in BFMatlab. (see below)

Looking at GatherDependencies.ps1 in the master branch I can't see the changes introduced in https://github.com/flimfit/FLIMfit/commit/bfd7a9aa7bd98f7591c3a1b2ef9763fe06b645e3 @seanwarren I'm not sure what went wrong here - do you want to investigate or shall I just re-do the changes in this PR ?
