Error in 5.1.1 trying to generate an IRF shift map #348

Loading IRF file works fine, Adding time-varying background works as well, but then calling "Create IRF shift map" causes this error. This appears to happen whether you have an IRF loaded or not.

Hi Sunil, the flimfit build server currently does not have all the required MATLAB toolboxes - I'm speaking to Paul and Chris to move the server to imperial to resolve this. This will fix this error. Is this blocking for you? I can build you a version on my computer if so

Powerfultool commented 6 years ago

Hi Sean,

No worries – have gone back to an earlier version for now, so no rush or anything – was wondering if the solution to the other mysterious fitting issue was in there!

Regards, Sunil

Yes it should be fixed. You should've able to load a SV IRF created in an earlier version if you'd like to test it

Oh, cool – will give it a try in the next few days – am going to be on other stuff for a bit, but if I don’t get back about it, please bug me!
