Hello, thanks for the reply! I manage to open the .tiff stack images from our device. Anyway, as we are at the very first beginning with the software and hardware from Lambert Instruments, I think there is a problem with the settings for the camera. I attached the images from this morning, which I deal to open in FlimFit. In these images there are some cells treated with Phalloidin.. If you could analyze these pics and extract the lifetimes it will be very helpful for me.
