loading polarisation resolved data #359

I have polarisation resolved data file (.sdt) with two images in it. But when I load with the "load polarisation resolved data" option it tells me to choose one. It than shows the data of image choosen but with a orange line accross the bottom. Is there a way to tell te software to use both images, and to tell it which polarisation is which? Or is there an issue with the data format?

Hi

FLIMfit expects the parallel and perpendicular data to be in 2 channels of a single-image. If you load the file using File->Load Polarisation Resolved Data->Load Single Image you should see a widow prompting you to select which channel is which.

Best Wishes

Ian
