In MacOS FLIMfit 5.1.1, the software transforms the imported FLIM data (ptu files) by rotating the images 90 degrees counter clockwise and then by flipping the image upside down. Is this a bug of FlimReader? This is really problematic in post-processing of fitted data eg positional correlation of pixel lifetime with fluorescent intensity or lifetime of other proteins.
