I am new to FLIMfit.
We have an homemade FLIM microscope that ontains timegated Lifetimes that I am trying to fit with the program.
Thing is, when I load the IRF nothing happens, and the program cannot seem to be able to fit my data using LM algorithms.
Is there someone that could help?
