Hi, Steffen from PicoQuant Support here. Could you send us the offending ptu file? Which hardware was this file recorded with? Please note that we can only no support with respect to filmfit but I would like to offer help if possible getting this issue resolved.

Did you resolve this problem? I am getting same issue.

I needed to re-safe the images, using SymPhoTime, into a different file format (.bin, I think). I could not use files in .ptu format created by the latest version of SymPhoTime in FLIMFit.
