Introduced the following changes:

fixed bug in video rendering on Internet Explorer
fixed bug in fullscreen on Internet Explorer
fixed bug on progress bar (now the bar go to the exactly position where you click)
force video cache before rendering
added loading and error over layer
added keyboard controls by arrows keys
added volume control
added time label
added tooltip time indicator on the progress bar
reduced the buttons width
