What changed?

Added code examples using flink-scala-api. These examples were forked from flink sandbox.
Added a section in README.md introducing a wide range of code examples to the users;

What next?

@novakov-alexey what do you think about this? Any suggestion?

Thanks @geazi-anc. I have restructured main and example code quite a bit. Also updated scripts.
