Document that Calcium is now incorporated into Flint #47

Hey there!

Love this library. I'd been wondering what the status of this project was until I jumped onto the Flint mailing lists and noticed from the 3.0 release that Calcium is now incorporated into Flint. I think it'd be useful to document this on the website and repo, so users will be redirected to flint instead.
