Recommended Gmsh configuration? #2

Having little experience with Gmsh, is there a particular configuration you'd recommend based on your experience, for optimal antenna meshing (e.g. for microstrip designs)? Not sure kinds of inputs this tool handles best.

IN short, if the mesh you generate with gmesh is too coarse you may not get a good representation of your geometry, but a fine mesh will take longer to process, so a mesh with just enough detail to represent your geometry is optimum.
