Crash happens when clicking a button during editing parameter values on macOS #2

It's 100% reproducible on macOS High Sierra:

  1. load a model and go to "Parameters" tab
  2. Click "Edit parameter set"
  3. Add a parameter and focus on the name part, as in the following screenshot.
  4. Click the "-" button (then a dialog appears)
  5. Confirm "Yes" on the dialog

Irreproducible on Windows and Linux.

Fixed at commit 8671686a80ed8e062fcfb6a9866d7fdde7d390bd.
