NaN happens when generating a Gaussian pseudo-random number #7

Reproducible by loading test/models/gaussian.isml. Other variates such as lognormal, weibull, etc. are OK.

Fixed with commit 8671686a80ed8e062fcfb6a9866d7fdde7d390bd.
