Closes #115, and Closes #96 in combination with #113.

[x] Remove external calls from Statement
[x] Ensure call is not used outside do-catch
[x] Check matching return types for assignment assignment to call
[x] Ensure assignment to call? gives a not-implemented error - awaiting optional types
