Potential issues: SHO and MVG don't allow for lattice theories

The potential functions Simple_Harmonic_Oscillator() and Multivariate_Gaussian() found in in potentials.py do not admit lattice theories.

This was due to an early fundamental misunderstanding of how the theory generalised to the Lattice in euclidean time.

Meanwhile the Quantum_Harmonic_Oscillator() is designed for a lattice but doesn't work!

Issues

• Unable to test lattice theories for simple models
• Bad Code Structure: Each potential takes different inputs to the functions

Resolution

• Nip in the bud while early days
• Start from scratch on the SHO and generalise to an N-D lattice theory
