Separation between Orchestrator and Executor runtimes not explained, documented #96

separation between Orchestrator and Executor runtimes is not documented or explained how they can be run. Consequently users are not aware of how each of these runtimes work. Fix documentation in Wiki and provide instructions on how each runtime can be run.
