Errors in date allocation for points 46, 47, 48 of data_traité #116

some dates switch from %d-%m to %m-%d and reciprocally, makes it impossible to compute convertDates function for those point (hence we can note process MCMC for those points...)

waiting for pull request to be accepted, date allocation changed to days-month-years (enabling convertDates function to compute on those data)
