Fix integration tests from AR Batch Consumer changes
Description
Fixes RSpec integration tests broken by the AR Batch consumer feature, as well as an SQLite test that was broken before
Rename ActiveRecord module in Deimos so we don't have to keep using ::ActiveRecord everywhere
Fix the DB Producer tests for SQLite. Was failing due to it returning a string datetime while MySQL and Postgres adapters give Time objects
Disable DatabaseCleaner gem for integration tests since DB Poller does stuff like manually reconnecting to the DB which will break the cleaner. Also complained about nested transactions in SQLite
