Make the build system choose the right AVR programmer. #34

The Shakefile should be able to do (some platform specific shit) to determine which AVR programmer is attached to the computer (and fail early if one isn't attached).

On Linux we can query udev.
On OS X we can use 'ioreg' or maybe IOKit directly
On Windows we can cry.
