blacklists not working #133

Trouble much like previous reports here.

*://*google.com* does not blacklist google for me.

Similarly, https://jakevdp.github.io does not blacklist https://jakevdp.github.io, nor *//jakevdp* and other variants. I'm not sure I've ever gotten blacklisting to work.
