Refresh Devices button does not seem to refresh anything

Hello, in my experience this button does nothing.... when pressed, new devices are not listed as well as disconnected devices do not disappear. The only way i found to update the list is a restart of the app. Is that regular? Could that refresh feature be added? it would be super helpful for instance when connecting a headphone to the pc... thanks a lot
