Gitea creates some directories in the root directory. #2

Changing the user directory before starting Gitea addresses that.

After running Gitea, /data and /indexers directories appear in the root directory which is quite bad behavior.

It's probably a shortcoming on Giteas side, as other directories are created under the app folder, that might be fixed by them at one point. But IMHO it's serious enough to address it here.
