feat(docs): add resource definition controller and path

This introduces the idea that the resource definition also describes where the associated controller implementation is sourced.

There is a new section controller with (currently) a single field path.

This path is either relative or absolute. Relative paths alter depending on how the resource definition is source in the first place.
