Velocity arrow keys cannot be disabled #6

It is common for me to accidentally hit an up/down arrow key while shifting octaves. This often results in velocity dropping considerably, and more than once has caused me to hunt through my software (tested with MidiKeys) trying to figure out why my synth is suddenly playing quietly.

It would be good to be able to turn off up/down arrow, so they no longer effect Velocity.

And that concludes my 1.9 bug/enhancement brain dump for the evening.

Thanks again for the bugs. I agree this is an issue. (Really, a full key map editor is needed.)
